EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Please be aware that 3-day, 2-day and next day air shipping does NOT include the weekends. For example an order with 2-day air shipping that ships out on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

DIRECT SHIP ITEMS: In order to keep costs down and provide parts at competitive prices, many items are shipped directly from our supplier. In these cases we cannot guarantee stock on these items until the order is placed. We will notify you if an item is not available to ship immediately.

INSPECT PARTS UPON ARRIVAL: While we strive to ensure accuracy of all orders that are shipped in extremely rare occasions boxes are mislabeled and/or wrong parts are shipped. Once you have received your order be sure to CHECK the parts for accuracy prior to starting your installation!

INSURANCE FOR LOST / DAMAGED PACKAGES: Shipping prices do not include insurance. If you'd like to add insurance to your order, please select the Route insurance option prior to check out, or email us prior to placing your order. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any lost, late or damaged items and Supreme Mods must have a claim completed with the carrier before you can be refunded or before a replacement can be shipped. If your claim is denied, you will be responsible for placing a new order.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING CUTOFF: Please be aware that orders are subject to a short processing time before shipping out. All orders for products that are labeled in stock that are received after 3pm EST will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
