Replace your weak, factory-stamped lower control arms with UMI's heavy-duty tubular adjustable setup. These direct bolt-on replacements reduce wheel hop, enhance cornering, lower ETs, and help maintain track consistency. The spherical rod end enables "bind-free" operation, making it an excellent upgrade for both track and autocross vehicles. The polyurethane bushings are designed to bolt to the car chassis for a quiet, comfortable operation. Control arms are constructed from DOM mild steel tubing with a diameter of 1.375" and a wall thickness of 0.095". They also feature a 4130 chrome moly threaded tube adaptor, which is completely CNC machined and fully TIG welded for exceptional strength. The control arms include polyurethane bushings, zinc-plated steel sleeves, and "on-car" greaseable zerk grease fittings. Adjustments can be made using the high-quality QA1 Teflon-lined spherical rod end, ensuring quiet, bind-free performance. Installation takes approximately 30 minutes at factory mounting points using OEM hardware. The poly end is designed to bolt to the chassis for a quiet, comfortable ride.
